Cancellation Policy

We understand the importance of flexibility for our members while maintaining an organised schedule for our trainers. Please review our 1-to-1 personal training booking and cancellation policies below. Booking Policy - Advance Bookings: Sessions can be booked up to 7 days in advance. - Cut-off Time: Bookings must be made no later than 1 hour before the session start time, subject to trainer availability. - Confirmation: All bookings will be confirmed via email or through direct communication with the trainer or IGNYT Fitness staff. Cancellation Policy - Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the session start time. - Late Cancellations: Cancelling within 2 hours of the session or failing to attend will be considered a late cancellation or no-show. - No-Show Policy: Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges or charges as outlined in your agreement. Last-Minute Adjustments - Flexibility: If unforeseen circumstances arise, you can liaise directly with your trainer or IGNYT Fitness staff for last-minute adjustments. While we will do our best to accommodate, changes are subject to trainer availability and cannot be guaranteed. General Guidelines - Punctuality: Please arrive on time to ensure you get the most out of your session. - Session Access: Late arrivals may shorten your session duration. - Communication: For booking, cancellations, or adjustments, contact your trainer or IGNYT Fitness staff directly. We appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines, which help ensure a smooth and professional service for all members.
