Is there a joining fee?
No, we do not have any additional joining fees. The price stated on the membership is exactly what you’ll pay on day one, with no hidden costs or extra charges.
When will my payment come out each month?
Your payment will be taken on the same day and time that your initial payment was made. For example, if you purchase your membership on the 7th at 12:00 PM, the payment will be processed on the 7th of each subsequent month at the same time.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, simply send us an email confirming your decision. We have a 30-day cancellation policy, so be sure to cancel at least 30 days before your next billing date to avoid any additional charges.
Do I need to sign up with a group of people for the small group personal training sessions?
No, you don’t need to sign up with a group. We run small group personal training sessions throughout the day, from 06:00 AM to 20:30 PM. Simply choose the day and time that works best for you, and you’ll be placed in a session with up to 5 other members. This way, you can enjoy the benefits of group training without needing to organise a group yourself.
Do I have to commit to the same time and day every week?
No, you don’t have to commit to the same time and day every week. You have the flexibility to book sessions that fit your schedule. Simply choose the day and time that works best for you each week, and you can adjust as needed.
If I’m away and unable to attend my sessions one week, do I lose the sessions?
No, you won’t lose the sessions if you miss a week. Your membership credits you with a set number of sessions per month, based on your plan. If you miss a week, you can make up for the missed sessions by attending more in the weeks before or after your time away. Our system is very flexible to accommodate your schedule.
Does your membership have contracts?
No, we don’t believe in tying you into a contract. We’re confident in the quality of our personal training service and trust that you’ll stay because you love what we offer, not because you’re locked into a commitment.
How old do I need to be to sign up?
You need to be at least 18 years old to sign up for a membership at our facility.
Is the small group personal training suitable for beginners?
Yes, absolutely! Our expert personal trainers adapt each session to accommodate all fitness levels. While the programme is structured, it is adjusted to meet the individual needs of each participant, ensuring that beginners start at the appropriate level and continue to progress at their own pace.
