We bridge the gap between typical commercial gyms, where you’re left to navigate fitness on your own with little to no support, and 1-to-1 personal training, which provides personalised help but comes with a significant financial investment. Small Group Personal Training

Our small group personal training sessions are intentionally capped at six participants to ensure individualised attention from our highly experienced coaches. Each session follows a structured format, beginning with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body, progressing into focused strength training to build muscle and increase strength, and concluding with aerobic conditioning to improve endurance and cardiovascular health.

This hybrid approach ensures every session is both comprehensive and effective, allowing you to develop strength, build muscle, and improve aerobic capacity in a single workout. The smaller group format enables our coaches to tailor exercises to your needs, correcting form and providing modifications where necessary.

Small group training offers the perfect balance of personalised coaching and group motivation. It creates a space where you can challenge yourself alongside like-minded individuals while still receiving the expert guidance you need to achieve your goals. This unique combination of personal attention and shared energy sets the foundation for remarkable results.

FITNESS CLASS

Our fitness classes provide a dynamic addition to your training routine, focusing on improving aerobic capacity and functional fitness. These 45-minute sessions cater to all fitness levels and are limited to nine participants to ensure an engaging and supportive environment.

Designed to challenge your cardiovascular health and overall endurance, these high-energy classes offer variety and excitement, making them the perfect complement to your small group or personal training sessions. Whether you’re just starting out or maintaining peak performance, these classes deliver a powerful and enjoyable workout experience.

HYROX CLASS

As an official HYROX gym, we provide tailored training to help you prepare for your first event or refine your performance for future competitions. Our HYROX training sessions are designed to progressively develop the key attributes required for success, focusing on strength to conquer heavy sleds and wall balls, aerobic conditioning to excel during the 8km run segments, and endurance to perform consistently across all eight workout stations.

 

These classes replicate race-day conditions while prioritising skill development, strength endurance, and conditioning. Whether you’re new to HYROX or a seasoned competitor, our progressive programming ensures consistent performance improvements, giving you the confidence to tackle each station with ease.

INBODY BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS

Embark on a journey of precise and comprehensive progress tracking with our InBody 270, a cutting-edge portable body composition analyser. At Ignyt Fitness, we prioritise the use of InBody to deliver accurate and reliable insights into your body's composition. The test is quick and straightforward, simply stand on the device and hold the hand electrodes for 15 seconds. Your results will be printed onto a personal, user-friendly result sheet. Some of the outputs you can expect to view from our InBody composition analyser are;

This analyser is used to determine is real accurate results and NOT estimations. We will use your results to assess and monitor your progress over time by comparing previous results to existing ones.
